Well hi there everyone! I’m excited to share today’s workout with you! Lately, since the weather has been nice, I’ve been trying to get outside for at least a walk every day. It’s so good for not only me, but for Annabelle too. We were both going stir crazy cooped up inside! However, I really love pairing walks with a strength workout. So, yes, while I may get out for a walk daily, I aim to at least get a strength workout in 3 times a week.
Today’s workout features just that. It’s a perfect compliment to a cardio workout, whether that be a run (on the shorter side, perhaps) or a walk. Maybe you’re headed outside for a bike ride.
You’ll notice you do use a kettlebell for the last set. However, you can definitely substitute a dumbbell for it. You will complete each set three times. Of course, if you are tacking this on to another workout, maybe you only have time for two rounds and that is ok!
