Hi all! I had a great day yesterday and hope you all enjoyed yours!
There are times throughout the week that I think to myself ‘hmm I really wish I would’ve done that differently!" It’s part of life. We do things we may question or may wish we wouldn’t have done later on. But you know what? We’re human, and were always going to make mistakes.
One of the best ways to get over these is to think about what happened, and decide how you can change that from now on. Take time everyday to reflect. What can you do NOW to move on?You certainly can’t change the past, so focus on the future!
Today, I want you to reflect on your week, and think of something that happened that you wish you would’ve done differently! It can be anything at all!
Here are some of mine:
- I wish I would’ve prepped vegetables at the beginning of the week to just grab and go.
- I wish I wouldn’t have worked out yesterday even though I thought I felt good.
- I wish I would’ve remembered to pray before bed a few nights this week. I’m not kidding when I say it’s a struggle to so this because I hit the pillow and I’m out!
They aren’t all bad things! In fact, none of them are terrible, but I wish I could’ve changed them. I am going to prep food for the week today, I am going to make more of an effort to pray before falling asleep, and I’m going to take today off, and maybe tomorrow and take it easy!
Tell me what you wish you would’ve done different!
Yesterday finished Phase 1 of Bootcamp, and tomorrow starts phase 2! Phase 1 focused on total body movements, and core stabilization. I loved all of these exercises. Most had you standing on a foot to balance, or using a bosu ball. Totally different workouts than my usual, and I loved it! I can’t wait to see what phase 2 brings, which is exactly what I’m doing today! Enjoy everyone!
