I know we are all busy, enjoying time with family, celebrating Christmas with others. Now is the time when we need to make the most out of our workouts, and this is a quick one for you to finish in 25 minutes! I’m off to the mall with Aaron to just see the crazies and look at the decorations! Then it’s home to finish baking some cinnamon rolls, make some appetizers for tonight, and get this party started! Here’s a demo to the Shoulder Seatbelt Move. Julie showed this move on her blog years ago, and I have loved it since, and use it frequently. Also, note that I alternated the lateral raise and front raise so I did it twice. In case you aren’t sure what a Tabata is, you would do each of these moves for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds, and repeat 7 more times, making it 4 minutes total.
