I really don’t like introductions. They are just… awkward. Saying hi gets old, but I guess that is what I’d say in real life. Anyway, enough rambling, let’s get to the workout!
With the holidays coming up, and the temperatures dropping, it’s the perfect time to get your workout in. This workout will take you less than 30 minutes, perfect for the busy season! I have done this in some of my workout classes and always get great reviews from it! You will pair a cardio move with a strength move, and complete each for one minute. You will then repeat it one time, and move on.
Sweat it Out: Cardio and Strength Circuit
Feel free to complete each circuit three times to make it longer! Always remember to warm up and cool down, and stretch after you are done.
I think I’ll be doing this cardio and strength circuit on Thursday before all of the festivities! It’s perfect to fit in.
