Before I start, I just wanted to mention that I MADE A FACEBOOK PAGE! Probably doesn’t seem like much to you, but let me just say I am pretty excited about it, and hope you take a look over there and like my page!
One of the parts to Best Body Bootcamp is that each participant is supposed to come up with 2 goals to complete 5 days a week. Now, the goals can switch every week, or stay the same. Tina actually did a post this week sharing different goals many have talked about during the Twitter chat on Monday. Some of them are just too good not to share.
- Write at least three things I’m thankful for every day.
- Write at least one positive thought about myself in a journal every morning and every night.
- Send a positive note or give a compliment to at least one person a day.
Think about how much better you would feel in a month reading back at positive things about yourself! Or, think if you were on the receiving end and someone else gave you a compliment. You’d feel pretty good, right? Writing things you are thankful for every day makes you accountable for being thankful and ending your day on a positive note!
On that note, it’s time for another Thankful Thursday! Even though Jessie decided to end this (), I decided to keep it up! I love remembering things from the week that I am thankful for!
Saturday: Aaron getting his wedding ring! It actually came in a few weeks ago, but we only managed to pick it up today! I loved seeing a ring on his finger.
Sunday: Easter! I enjoy and savor every moment with family!
Monday: Starting bootcamp! I loved having the workout planned for me, and doing different exercises that I haven’t done in a while.
Tuesday: Having time to get my run in before having CCD! I woke up wayy too early, and knew I wouldn’t fall asleep if I still planned on working out in the morning. That meant for a long day! So, I managed my time after school and got my running on!
Wednesday: Last week, I went to upload my photos from my phone to my computer. Seems easy, right? I quickly learned that I had exceeded the maximum amount of space on my computer, and nothing would be updated. Well, today I was able to dedicate all day (being a high school sub with a student teacher!) to going through my computer and deleting files and pictures!
Here’s how much I love photography: I had 8,000 photos in my trash, and 16,000 in my library. I now have 0 in the trash, and 14,000 in my library. I went through all 24,000 photos! It was actually pretty fun! It reminded me of how blessed I am and how many fun experiences I have had over the years. Oh, by the way, my photos are only from June 2008 until now.
Luckily, I now have this!
Yep! 34.74 GB of memory! That means I can take many, many more pictures
That’s all folks!
Have you organized your computer lately?
Are you a photo lover like I am?
