Last week was a good week of workouts!
Tuesday: Cardio Sculpt. We did a lot of cardio and I was dead after! It felt great. We did 4 circuits of 3 cardio moves for 45 seconds, repeated once, followed by a Tabata strength workout, before moving on. Let me know if you’d like me to type it up! I’d be happy to share.
Wednesday: After sleeping in and missing my morning workout, I did manage to get a 4 mile run in after school. It honestly felt so great!
Thursday: I woke up early (aka didn’t sleep well and was wide awake too early!) and got in another 4 mile run. My foot was starting to hurt. I honestly have no idea what’s going on with that!
Friday: Unplanned rest day. I couldn’t wake up to workout before work, and then had a bunch of running around to do to get ready for family to come over.
Saturday: I did 25 minutes on the elliptical before completing this workout from Julie. I LOVED it!
Sunday: Woke up and got in a 6 mile run. I ended up tying my shoes the way Janae talked about the other day and it really did feel better!

The Lunge Burner Workout
Some days, my workout doesn’t leave me giving it my all. Sometimes I need just a bit more to really make my body shake and put in all my effort. I did this workout at the end of one of my workouts and I loved it! It left my legs burning, but didn’t take that long to complete. I suggest holding dumbbells to get even more out of it, but that’s up to you.
You will complete this circuit 3 times. Of course, you can definitely use this as your only workout! It’s a great one for when you’re short on time. I just loved having my legs shaking after my workout! Remember, check out my exercise dictionary for proper demonstrations of each move!
Now tell me…
What’s the last injury you had?
Do you prefer squats or lunges?
When did you start exercising?
I suppose my toe is an injury right now, I love squats, and I started exercising for myself as a freshman in college!
