Workouts in the third trimester get hard. You lose motivation. You’re completed exhausted come the end of the day (just me? darn..) Oh and you have this basketball in front of you! I broke a sweat the other day putting on compression socks, and I wish I was kidding Anyway, back to my point. The third trimester gets tough, and I was feeling it last week. Squats and lower body work just wasn’t happening, so I took it to some good ‘ol exercises. It was enough to work my muscles without pushing me over the edge. Oh, and by no means do you have to be pregnant to complete this! It took me roughly 20-25 minutes to finish, but I was moving slow.
