I have been enjoying these biscuits as a side dish with soup for a few months now. Let’s be real, soup is one of the best comfort foods during these cold winter months. The staying power of soup is not always enough for me, so by adding in a delicious side dish, I stay full longer.
Theses biscuits aren’t just a regular old biscuit, though. They add in mozzarella cheese, and beer! Combining the cheese and beer give a unique taste that can only be described as delicious. The beer isn’t a strong taste, and you could sub in a can of pop for it, but it does add to the biscuit.
These are light and fluffy, have enough staying power in them to keep you full, and will become your next favorite side! Of course, you could be like me and just enjoy them as snacks! They are small, leaving you to not overindulge at any meal time! This quickly made it’s way to one of our favorites!
