You all know that one of my favorite things about reading blogs is finding new workouts. I get bored doing workouts week after week, so I mix them up all the time. Today’s guest post makes amazing workouts that leave me a sweaty mess and make me love them even more! Danica from It’s Progression doesn’t just share workouts, but she shares so many more tips and recipes and ways to become even healthier. Somedays, there just isn’t time to go for a long walk, a lengthy jog, or head to the gym for a half hour strength training session. But just because we run short on time somedays, doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our workout. Time isn’t the most important thing – intensity plays a huge role in results. I created this workout with just those things in mind –> short time frame, high intensity, effective. It doesn’t require any equipment – just some space in your living room – and it works your whole body. As always, be sure to warm-up with dynamic stretches before beginning your workout. the exercises:
