You can use a medicine ball for this, as well, or even a dumbbell (though I would not suggest tossing the dumbbell in the air for the squat and press ) I did this one again yesterday and just love it.
As much as I love straight strength training workouts, I love to add in some cardio to really blast my heart rate. This one does just that!
This decreases in time when you need it. the 90 seconds is the first round when your muscles are ready to work. By the end, the exercises are 30 seconds when you’re feeling toast.
5 Stations, 5 minutes each: This one will seriously fly by. It’s a half hour long, and each station is repeated for 5 minutes.
This one is great for upper body whether pregnant or not.
