Are you ready for this one? Do you want a workout to rock your socks? This is it. It has become one of my favorites, super fast. On Saturday, I couldn’t seem to pull myself out of my cozy bed, but I wanted to workout. I was craving a workout that focused on cardio, but couldn’t come up with one that I was excited about.
I pulled together different exercises that I knew would keep my heart rate up, as well as using a cardio machine. This. was. perfect. The time flew by, and before I knew it, I was finished and sweating a lot! In my book, that means it was a tough workout!
And with these stats? Can’t beat it!
In case you’re curious, I use a heart rate monitor that connects to my iPad or iPhone! I love it! No wire required!
Alright, enough of me! Here it is!
Make sure you push yourself on a machine for those 5 minutes! It is not a time to relax and let your heart rate drop!

Do you prefer cardio machines, of getting cardio in with other exercises, such as plyometric exercises, jump squats, mountain climbers, etc? I really like this workout because it combined both. Sometimes time doesn’t seem to move when on a machine, but throwing in exercises breaks it up and makes it fly by!
