Wow, I can’t believe this is my fourth one already! I feel like I really just started blogging. I hope you are enjoying the workouts as much as I enjoy doing them, and making them for you. This week’s is all about jumping. Jumping rope is one of the best calorie scorches out there. This workout will focus around jumping jacks and jump rope, and it only uses your body weight. You do not need a jump rope; just pretend you are using one.
Warm up for 5 minutes with some stretching, walking, or the elliptical to get your heart rate up a bit. Then, perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest before moving on. Go through the circuit once for a 25 minute cardio workout!
I am nearing the end of Best Body Bootcamp, and am now starting to think of what I should move on to next. Do you change workouts every day, or do you repeat some throughout the week or every week same schedule?
