Happy Tuesday afternoon! Only a few more days to finish my packing and head on out to Oregon! **Any flying tips are welcomed! ***
For this week’s Trainer Tuesday, I put together an elliptical workout! It is HIIT, which gets your heart rate up, and keeps it up for a while after you are done. It is short, but you will burn mega calories, which is what we want! I do not have a cross ramp setting on my elliptical, but if you do, you can set it to 10 and then complete the workout!
**My elliptical goes from 1-10. If yours goes from 1-20, double the numbers!

What’d you have for breakfast? A bagel! Still going strong on this kick. My dad brought home Cinnamon Crunch bagels from Panera! I can’t let them go to waste
What gym do you belong to? I don’t! I did belong to Planet Fitness and liked it! However, it is about 15 minutes away, and I have a total body setup, dumbbells, elliptical, and treadmill in my basement. My wonderful parents have basically made our basement our “gym.” Not too shabby if I say so myself.
