For today, I went with a workout that focuses on your arms and abs, but throws some cardio in. That cardio would be in the name of: Burpees! I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. They get your heart rate up so fast, and leave you feeling out of breath after. Doing a lot of them, though, makes me hate them fast.
Try this out, and let me know what you think! Remember to do a light warm up and cool down!

Hope you all are having a fantastic Tuesday. I saw tweets yesterday informing me that pretty much the rest of the country has welcomed spring, just as we welcomed more snow. Honestly, it is never ending, I tell ya! I am so glad I ran the Pittsburgh half last year and not this year. I would never have been ready for it considering I have run outside about 5 times in the past 5 months. Great, right?
