Hi guys. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Wishing you all some good luck We aren’t doing anything to celebrate, and probably won’t be even eating anything green! Oh well. Win some, lose some, haha. If I was on top of it, I totally would have had green pancakes!
I hope you’re week is off to a great start. Today I wanted to share my workouts, and then share an upper body workout roundup! I’ve posted some great ones over the years, and want to make sure you’ve seen them all.
Tuesday: Cardio Sculpt- included were the Lorna Jane exercises
Wednesday: 4.1 mile run outside! Yes, the wind was brutal but it was still outside and I loved it!
Thursday: Only the Lorna Jane workouts
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 5 mile run on the treadmill. Boo. So over that! Add in Lorna Jane exercises too!
Sunday: 20 minute walk on the treadmill, and 25 minute walk outside
Monday: Taught Bodysculpt- I include the Lorna Jane Get Fit Challenge exercises in my workout
Total Miles for the week: 9. Not what I wanted at all. I was hoping for more but things out of my control kept me from that. I started to run 6 on Sunday but then didn’t feel so great and since I am starting my training this week for the half, I felt like I should rest. Obviously, I should be doing more running and need to add in a third strength day, but some things have come up that has stopped me. I’m hoping in the next few weeks to really get in the groove with it all and be back on my feet.
Total for the year—> 125.47 miles
