Hey everyone! Hope your weekend has been as great as ours.
I’ve been struggling with coming up with new ideas for food. During the winter, I used the crockpot so much, and loved warm soups and meals. However, when it’s nice out, I feel like the food I crave is different! What dinners do you make now? Anyone have links to new dinner ideas? I could use them! Here’s what our week looks like now:
Sunday: Burgers and sweet potato fries
Monday: Chicken Parm
Tuesday: stuffed Tilapia
Wednesday: Frozen Fiesta Casserole
Thursday: French Toast Brinner
Friday: Chicken, rice, and veggies
Saturday: Pasta to carb up!
Monday: 4 Mile Run and Upper Body Workout
Tuesday: 3 Mile Run outside through my plan. Worst idea ever. I climbed tons of hills, but the downhills brought my shin splints back. They are pretty much gone, now, but I just know my legs can’t handle downhill pounding.
Wednesday: Bootcamp Workout
Thursday: 5 Mile Run with some walking- shin splints made this hard!
Friday: Tested out a strength workout, sharing Tuesday!
Saturday: some strength workout, tried for a run but quit. The weather was very windy, and my body wasn’t having it. More on that tomorrow!
Sunday: I’m hoping to get out for a run! We won’t count it this week, though!
Miles run so far this year—>261.58 miles (not including today if I run!)
