Hey all! Popping in for a quick post on my food from Tuesday! Thanks for hosting it again, Jenn!
I made a small bowl of oats to hold me over until lunch. I didn’t eat until after my workout, which was about 10! I made them with some cookies n’ cream protein powder, and they were delicious! I paired it with a side of cantaloupe
I couldn’t really decide what to eat for lunch, so I had some carrots, hummus, and strawberries until I could decide.
For a mid afternoon snack, I had some veggie chips!
Before I left to look at a house, and go to CCD, I threw a Quest Cookie Dough bar into the oven to cook it! Um, heaven. It was so much better than even eating it raw! Tastes just like a cookie
For dinner I had some zucchini, Japanese coleslaw, and brown rice, peppers, and chicken.
I’d say it was a pretty successful day of getting in veggies, and maintaining the delicious factor!
