Hi everyone! It’s been quite a long time since I’ve done one of these posts. Truth be told, I plan to every single week, but never remember to snap pictures of my food. Well, look at that; it’s still true. So, instead of it being a full day of eats, I’m just going to highlight different things I’ve been eating devouring. Thanks Jen for the party!
After a hard workout last week, I was in the mood for some French Toast Sticks.. delicious choice… pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon… oats in a Cookie Butter jar (my fav!), and copious amounts of banana bread (I just can’t stop…)
Most of my lunches are leftovers from the night before, or a sandwich if needed. Clearly I need to get to the store to get better lunch meat. Served the purchase. I’ve also been enjoying pizza quesadilla, taco burrito.
Love dinners.. brinner was one night (the best!) with pumpkin pancakes, French Toast Sticks, Roasted Potatoes (or a little of each like I did ), broccoli on top of Cheesy Ranch Chicken, Loaded Potato and Buffalo Chicken casserole (we like it, a lot), and chili!
And because it’s snack month…
I used to snack more than I do now. My subbing jobs are all so different, so I always pack snacks, but don’t always have time to eat them. Sometimes I eat lunch at 10:46 (like yesterday), or at 1:00, so I’m prepared for all of it Typically when I eat really early, I grab something more substantial when I get home because I’m so hungry. However, I do enjoy snacks! Here are some pretzels (my favorite), and some ice cream. Gotta enjoy it before places close for the winter! I have also been enjoying: a hard boiled egg, veggies, yogurt, M&Ms (can’t deprive myself !) , and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (impulse buy at the grocery store.. but well worth it!).
