Being that yesterday was too special of a day to not post about (check it out here if you missed it!), that meant my weekly workout recap got pushed back.
Last week was full of great workouts, again. I’m lucky that things have been going well for me. Teaching Bodysculpt and Interval sculpt gives me two days of strength training/circuit workouts, and I fill in the remaining days with whatever I’m feeling. Typically, it’s running, but not always.
Sunday: 3 mile run. I really pushed myself and ended up doing way better than I thought. I averaged 7:52 min/mile pace with the first mile being 8:17, the second 7:47 and the third 7:25. No idea where that speed came from! I died after, naturally.
Monday: Taught Bodysculpt. I’ll be sure to share this workout as it had everyone sweating up a storm!
Tuesday: 5 mile run. I did the first 2.5 by myself, but had texted my mom when I started to see if she wanted to join me at the other end of the park, so I did the last 2.5 with her.
Wednesday: Interval Sculpt class. This was a cardio heavy one, but I loved it!
Thursday: Run 4 miles. Almost ran out of time but Aaron was running late from work finishing up so I hopped on the treadmill.
Friday: 25 minute elliptical followed by this workout. I also went Spelunking which was more of a core and leg workout than anything!
Saturday: Beach day!! Unloading cars counts as a workout, yes? haha
