It’s safe to say I came back in full force from vacation. We ate healthy, and I worked out a lot. I felt great all week, too, but knew when to take a rest, also. Here’s my meal plan for this week:
Sunday: Cookout at my uncles
Monday: Fiesta Chicken
Thursday and Friday: Leftovers/eat whatever remains in the house
We are very fortunate to be heading on vacation with my mom’s side of the family next week! Being that we just got back from vacation, I didn’t go crazy with buying food so we don’t have a lot of things to eat up. I am prepared to make dinner on Thursday and Friday, but I don’t want to plan something and then have other leftovers we need to eat.
Monday: Taught Bodysculpt twice. Killed my muscles. Fantastic workout, haha.
Tuesday: Taught Bodysculpt in the morning. Make that the third workout in less than 24 hours, and I was toast!
Wednesday: Taught interval sculpt. Also walked for 30 minutes, ran 2 miles, and was on the elliptical for 15 minutes. It was a day I was restless and needed to keep moving.
Thursday: 6 mile workout, but I only made it 5.6 miles.
Friday: Rest! I knew I needed it! I did take a 2.5-3 mile walk with my mom and Niko, but it wasn’t anything intense and was more just to chat.
Saturday: Taught Interval Sculpt for 1.25 hours. My normal classes are an hour, and sometimes that can feel like a long time. Make it 1 1/4 hours and wow is that long! It was a fantastic workout, though, and I was a sweaty disaster.
Sunday: 3 mile run and some yoga.
Lots of instructors were out of town this week, so I picked up some extra classes to teach. However, this would never be an all the time thing, or I wouldn’t do the workouts. It was a lot on me and took away from other things.
Total miles run this year: 371.6 miles
