Would you Rather game is one of my favorites to play. You can choose any topic, and make up lots of questions, some of them complete silly but hilarious. We had a game going at Deep Creek last year, and would create new ones all the time.
Yesterday, I was reading Shape Magazine, and there happened to be a “Would You Rather Fitness Edition” quiz with Tracy Anderson. I thought it’d be fun to play a Would You rather fitness edition game (and you can too in the comments!) on a Friday.
Would You Rather…
Set mini goals or go after one main goal?
Mini goals. I love to see progress and get excited with any progress. This includes a to do list I set mini goals for myself all the time and then celebrate when I complete them. One main goal might take a while to achieve, and leave you feeling defeated during all that time.
This was for sure a large goal!
Tone with bodyweight or use equipment?
Bodyweight. I love that you can do so many exercises without any equipment. There are many varieties of squats and lunges, High intensity exercises, many kinds of push ups, and lots of core exercises to do without any equipment.

Work out alone or with a friend?
I would love to have a friend to work out with. You each push each other and are an accountability partner when you have someone else. I don’t have a friend to work out with many times, but I can definitely feel the energy when teaching a class with others!
Relax muscles with a massage or bath?
Massage for sure! I had one not too long ago and it definitely loosened me up and got the knots out of my back.

Only work your lower body or upper body
Definitely upper body. I love the progress you can see in the upper body. Here are a few upper body workouts to give a shot!
Exercise every day, or never
Do 100 squats or 100 crunches
I’d choose squats because they work your core and lower body whereas a crunch doesn’t.
Have to run with a full stomach or not be able to eat for 2 hours after.
I always cramp up when I run on a full stomach so I guess 2 hours after. That’d be hard, though!
